GPS trip registration and mileage tracking solutions

We offer complete solutions for your trip and mileage registration. Our GPS Trackers are equipped with SIM cards and work in all EU countries. The trip data can be reviewed via the Mileage Tracking App. The Live Tracking option allows you to track your vehicle in real-time.

All trip data are stored so you can charge them on to your business. Upon request you can also provide them to the tax authorities and thus avoid fiscal addition for your car. 

Mileage Tracking App

Trips in the Cloud’s Mileage Tracking App provides you with clear and concise information about your car or fleet.

The app provides you with all the information regarding your trips:

• Overview of all trips
• Start and end time of each trip
• Starting and ending addresses of each trip
• Route on map (including starting and ending addresses)
• Trip distance (distance travelled)
• The nature of the trip (private or business)
• Number of private diverted mileage per business trip
• Description of the diverted mileage
• Total of private or business mileage
• Odometer readings of your car

You can easily generate a PDF or Excel of all trips to provide to the tax authorities and thus avoid fiscal addition for your car.

Live tracking

The track and trace system displays all actions and movements of your fleet in digital maps in real time. The information that is accurately recorded and displayed on request includes locations, times and the actual status of your vehicles.

You can review these data via our secured website. The user-friendly system allows you to search by for example registration number, driver or group. You can also review this information in clear reports.

Theft protection

If your car is stolen, you can recover it with Trips in the Cloud’s built-in GPS Tracker.

You can also take it a step further and for example establish a link with the starter motor of the car. In the event of theft, you can remotely disable the starter motor, to ensure no-one can drive the car once the engine has been switched off. The engine will no longer start if you have disabled the starter motor remotely.
